@bowens_au have created The Margaret Hickey Award which recognises women who have overcome the barriers of working within the building and construction industry to succeed. Margaret Hickey was the first woman employed by Bowens in 1913.
The award winner will be chosen based on evidence of leadership or innovation in their trade and/or specific project/area.
The winner will be granted with:
• Front page feature on the Builders Bulletin (15,000 viewers per month)
• Lunch and mentoring session with Stef Apostolidis (@melbournechippychick & Founder of @tlcbymcc )
• Ticket, travel, and accommodation expenses to the @hia_au National Conference and HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards
