Introducing: The Louisa

What a joy it was to create this beautiful home with our lovely customers. Blake and Louisa came to us with their own plans and engineering. After reviewing their docs, we saw that there were some minor changes that could be made to save them tens of thousands of dollars. Turns out that after a few quick calls to the architect, engineer and energy rater, we ended up saving our clients around $70,000!

This beautiful split level home boasts 3 bedrooms with the master featuring a spacious walk in robe and ensuite. This home also boasts a children’s retreat, a theatre, a huge laundry with so much storage space and a home office area with its own bathroom facilities.

The open plan kitchen features stunning cabinetry which houses an abundance of storage and stunning bench tops that provide a wonderful contrast in colour. The walk in pantry houses the refrigerator and provides even more storage and bench space.

The family area is huge and a wonderful place to come together, opening out onto the decked verandah (under roof) where this beautiful family can enjoy their swim spa all year round.

We loved watching this house become a home, with its warm colour tones and soft features. The timber feature wall paneling is another stand-out that brings a sense of homeliness as soon as you walk in the door.
