Joel & Fiona’s Country Retreat in Maryknoll

We are so grateful to have met Joel & Fiona and so proud to have built their dream home and of course thrilled that they love it so much! It’s so special when your customers become your friends and we truly value these guys.

Joel & Fiona came to us with plans already drawn and we worked with them to amend a few things in order to ensure that they achieved their vision and stayed within their budget.

This stunning home is a whopping 62sq consisting of 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a truly beautiful open living space that opens out onto the alfresco as well as so many more features! The dual living is perfect for their large family and it truly was an absolute joy to build this home with Joel & Fiona. Building family homes is what we are passionate about and this home, ‘The Fiona’ epitomises just that.

As soon as you walk through the door, you simply feel at home. There is a relaxed and loving atmosphere that can be felt immediately.

Joel & Fiona were wonderful clients to work with and any challenge on site was met and overcome together as a team. We continue to have a close relationship with them and will always consider them to be, not only part of the Elite Building Family, but also our friends.
