Meet Jake Millar of Millar’s Caulking.

Jake is an integral part of the Elite Building Family and Team. Jake has an amazing eye for detail and goes above and beyond to ensure our customers have a wonderful experience. Our values clearly align and Jake is as equally committed to excellence as we are, using high grade, anti-mould silicone sealant and polyurethane to provide a guaranteed seal. Jake’s hard work and dedication ensures that we are able to put out the #elitequality finish that we pride ourselves on and we are so very proud to work with him.

Caulking is such an important component when building or renovating your home to not only provide a sealant to wet areas to Australian Standards which helps to keep moisture and airflow out whilst also allowing movement in certain substrates without interrupting the internal structure, but also to provide a clean and sleek finish to your home.

From Jake himself: “I enjoy my job as I get to see the end results of the areas I am sealing off for a final finish. The best bit about my job is meeting the lovely clients and builders throughout the years. I have a beautiful 3 year old son who is my world. My hobbies include fishing, sports and seeing friends (when we aren’t in lockdown lol).”
