Knock Down Rebuilds

When you have found the perfect location but would like to remove the existing house and create a new home, we can help you. We will meet with you on site to assess the existing site conditions and discuss your vision. We liaise with your local council to ascertain the requirements in order to achieve the brief. We take care of the demolition and site preparation whilst working closely with you to perfect your design before we bring it to life in construction.

Multi-Unit Developments

We use our wealth of knowledge to work closely with our team of expert draftspeople and your local council to prepare a comprehensive proposal that best meets your needs and will put your mind at ease. We take care of everything. We obtain the necessary Permits on your behalf and work with you to create a design that will compliment the land and allow you to achieve the best return on your investment.

House & Land / Investment Projects

We have developed strong relationships with local real estate agents and developers that enable us to source land and negotiate pricing to get you the best possible deal, coupled with one of our many beautiful home designs, allowing us to offer amazing house and land packages at affordable prices. These homes are ready for you to move in with nothing more to do but relax and enjoy your beautiful new home.

We rely on these relationships to enable us to source the ideal piece of land for your project. We then select the perfect plan from our broad range that will not only suit that particular piece of land, but coupled with a personalized design and colour scheme, will allow you to achieve the best return on your investment.

Our proficient project management system ensures that every project is delivered on time and within your budget. We are then able to connect you with our agents to assist you with a quick, professional sale or tenancy, that leads to a profitable property investment.

Based in Maryknoll, 60 km south-east of Melbourne, we specialise in building beautiful boutique custom homes in the picturesque suburbs and towns south-east of Melbourne, in the City of Greater Dandenong, City of Knox, Casey, Cardinia and Baw Baw regions and surrounding suburbs.
